Your main responsibilities are the coordination of various stakeholders and the communication of customer as well as Omnevo operation teams. We’re searching for a Key Account Support Specialist Middle East (m/f/d) to join our team, supporting customers in the UAE and Australia. In this staff position, you will coordinate stakeholders, manage customer communications, and ensure smooth daily operations. Your role is essential in problem-solving, report generation, and keeping all involved parties informed and up to date.
📍 Location: UAE (onsite role with occasional travel, including to Australia)
🌍 Eligibility: Due to travel regulations, applicants must hold citizenship or a valid passport from the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, or Singapore.
✔ Several years of hands-on experience in account or project management within aviation, travel retail, logistics, or catering, with a solid understanding of IT systems.
✔ A proactive problem-solving mindset, taking full ownership of customer issues and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
✔ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
✔ Experience working in agile project environments, collaborating effectively across teams.
✔ Willingness to travel occasionally to support key customers, particularly to Australia.
