For our customer in Australia, we are searching for a Local Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to support the customer during daily operations. You coordinate various stakeholders and ensure smooth communication between the customer and Omnevo teams. Monitoring system usage, solving operational issues, and keeping all parties informed are key parts of your role.

📍 Location: Australia

Your Role

  • Act as the main link between customer contacts and internal teams, handling operational and technical issues, improvement requests, and complaints
  • Support the use of the Omnevo Software Suite and ePos devices, identify training needs and ensure correct usage
  • Monitor operational system performance and analyze KPIs
  • Coordinate external partners and collaborate with the BI team in Morocco for data reporting
  • Provide background info to the helpdesk and maintain communication during major incidents, including post-mortem coordination and reporting
  • Act as a strategic partner to the customer by identifying additional needs and opportunities

What You Bring

  • Several years of experience as an account or project manager in aviation, travel retail, logistics, or catering – ideally with a hospitality or in-flight background
  • Strong hands-on mentality, ownership, and service mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all seniority levels
  • Familiarity with agile environments and cross-functional collaboration
  • Residence in Brisbane with willingness to be on-site (e.g. at the customer’s location)
  • Flexibility to travel within Australia, New Zealand, and Northern Oceania
  • Confidence in using external systems, with solid general IT skills and the ability to navigate technical topics
