Hello, we are Omnevo and look forward to getting to know you. You can expect a self-organized, great team consisting of around 60 employees, mainly from the field of software development, but also project management, finance and sales.
As an HR generalist (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for all employee concerns and, of course, for management. You therefore have the necessary sensitivity and discretion in dealing with people and reliability and a self-organized way of working are important to you. We work independently and value flexibility, the ability to adapt and an interest in new areas, because as an agile company, for us, little is set in stone.
You can expect plenty of freedom for ideas, autonomy and a steep learning curve.
While many of our employees work remotely in different parts of Germany or other European countries, there are also a lot of regular faces in our beautiful office in Wiesbaden. This is why it is necessary for you to come to the office at least 2x per week.
