We're seeking an experienced Bid Manager (m/f/d) who thrives in a dynamic, agile environment. At Omnevo, you will play a pivotal role, diligently coordinating tenders and collaborating closely with our sales and product management. Your job

  • You lead the key role collect, structure, and distribute all relevant airport and airline RFIs and RFPs, collaborating closely with internal experts
  • You work with VP of Sales and Technical Sales Manager to ensure comprehensive documentation of client needs and expectations
  • You manage internal project workflows, ensuring smooth transitions to product and program management post-bid
  • You monitor market trends and new commercial offers, handle price calculations, benchmarks, and support VP of Sales with market intelligence and opportunity mapping 
  • You maintain and update client information in our CRM (Hubspot), keeping track of pipelines and forecasts
  • You keep sales materials, documentation, presentations, and demo environments updated


What you bring along

  • You have relevant hands-on experience in project management or bid management within the aviation or IT industry
  • You keep calm in high-stress situations, efficiently coordinating internal experts to meet tight deadlines and managing multiple submission timelines
  • Your solid understanding of technology allows you to grasp tender requirements and coordinate effectively with internal experts
  • You keep documentation up-to-date, maintain close communication with product and program management for continuous improvement and capacity planning
  • You are well-structured, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring meticulous submission of RFIs and RFQs
  • You are business fluent in written and spoken English, with advanced German language skills being an advantage
