WIESBADEN, GERMANY, 3 SEPTEMBER 2024 – Omnevo, a leading provider of software solutions for e-commerce supply chain, logistics and buy-on board technology in the aviation and railway sectors, today announced it has entered into a strategic partnership with Ventiga Capital Partners, a UK-based private equity firm with a track record of investing in the European technology sector. This investment provides Omnevo with access to new capital and expertise to further accelerate its growth plans.
Omnevo’s senior management team and co-founders are to remain in the business and retain meaningful equity stakes, reflecting their unwavering commitment to deliver the next phase of growth.
